Hello Agostino,
Sorry to keep you waiting.
We have cars running around with 400 hp with XWD, and all they have had to change was the clutch to cope with the added torque. So far the geabox and XWD system has held up very nicely. The gearbox and XWD system is the same as on the Turbo X, and we've had that running with a lot more torque than our Stage 4 for the 2.0T produces. It should not pose a problem for you.
If you run in very hot climates you may need to change the water cooler. We have overheating on our 400 hp 9-3 when we run on race tracks, but otherwise it's not a problem.
Are you sure that the brakes are 304 mm? The 9-3 has 285, 302, 314 or 345 mm brakes.
You current exhaust should be fine.
Is your car BioPower or petrol only?
Best Regards

- The gearbox and four-wheel drive may be damaged because of the increased power?
- The engine cooling system is sufficiently sized to cool the engine developed 300 hp for ?
- Need to change the brake system (my disks are 304 mm)?
- My current dual exhaust Hirsch can go well or do I replace it with yours?
http://www.hirsch-performance.ch/Conten ... F280007860
- If my exhaust Hirsch is ok, which is the final price of the stage 4?
